Location: Playa del Carmen, Mexico

Outfit Details- Dress: Poupette St. Barth, Sandals: Sam Edelman, Clutch: Hobo International, Sunglasses: J.Crew

We just got back from another magical stay in Playa del Carmen where I was able to escape the rain that has been flooding Northern California for the past few weeks! We couldn’t have asked for better weather… 85 and sunny every day!

I was so excited to break out my sun dresses and depart from my typical San Francisco uniform of jeans, boots and a sweater. I can tell that this dress is already going to be one of my favorite outfits this spring and summer because it is so light and airy and so darn comfortable!

I have always been a big fan of the navy and white combination so it was not a surprise that I picked this color way. But, the dress comes in several other colors as well: bright pink, teal, and light blue.  The skirt version is pretty great too! I can see pairing it with a fitted white tank top and some statement earrings.

What I love about this dress is that with its fun pattern, you don’t need much to complete the look. Just throw on some neutral sandals and you’re good to go! I love this Hobo International coal clutch because it added a little extra pop for dinner in downtown Playa del Carmen.

Speaking of which, if you ever find yourself in this beautiful part of the world, I would HIGHLY recommend going to dinner at Cenacolo which is located in the heart of downtown Playa.  I am not exaggerating when I say that Cenacolo makes the best Italian food that I have ever had outside of Italy. All of their pastas are homemade and you can even watch the chef preparing their famous ravioli in a little hutch when you approach the restaurant. YUM!

XOXO,
